Limited Edition Hoodies
There are a very limited amount
of Control printed Hoodies with a new logo on them available now from Longshot
Records. The reason why they have them and not the band is that while on the
American Tour, we ran out of Hoodies and ordered more to be sent to us en
route. They never turned up and now that we are back in the

Step 1 and Longshot update
Step 1 tell us that they are down
to their last handful of the cd version of the debut album and now have to go
to repress. This is a very positive step in a time when sales are falling
through the floor so the band would like to say a huge thank you to everyone
who has bought their hands on a copy.
Longshot who only last month
released the vinyl version of the album, tell us that sales are doing really
well already and they fully expect to now have to go repress this too, again
this is a huge shot in the arm to the band.

AMERICAN TOUR
The band just got back from
their debut stateside and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who
came along and made them feel so appreciated. We had a great time and hopefully
this will be the first of many ventures across the pond. A big thank you also
to Micky Fitz for taking us along, as well as Mike at Longshot and Bruce
Roehrs.

New 3 track single on Step 1
The guy are delighted to say
that they have been asked to record 2 new tracks for a 7” release on Step-1
which will come out in February 2010. It is all new material and will be the
last release before the follow up album to Hooligan Rock’n’Roll.

The band are booked in to play
at next summer’s Rebellion Festival in Blackpool which is taking place at the

Saturday 24th October at the House of Oi!
The line up is now confirmed for what is being called Oi! Oi!
That’s Yer Lot. The venue is closing so to send them on their way with our best
wishes, the guy who gave Oi! To the world, Garry Bushell is closing the show
with his band, the legendary Gonads. We feel this is very apt and joining him
on the bill of the show which starts at 4pm are Charred Hearts, London
Diehards, Vas Deferens, Code 1, Skingraft, us, Insane Society and there are
rumours that the mighty Darn Rustlers may be making an appearance. Spread the
word and come along, this should be a cracker.

After receiving many great
reviews, our debut album was slated in Kerrang, but what else can we really
expect when we were reviewed in amongst a load of death metal and prog rock
acts? The band totally respect everyone
has an opinion, and if you are in the public domain, you are rightly open to
both positive and negative press, but it seems to us that the album was reviewed
by someone who simply could not have got us more wrong, when it came to what we
are all about, and we may be wrong, but it seems to be have been written by
exactly the wrong sort of reviewer. When dealing with a hard hitting band with
a message, it would have been nice to have been reviewed by someone who has
experience from the university of life, hard knocks and experience, not just
the university.
